As a little kid growing up in Jamaica, my first ever job was with my family-owned woodshop right in our front yard. After high school I moved to the states and worked various jobs trying to find my purpose. As a young adult, I finally got my footing in the fire protection industry, and never looked back with over 26 years of experience.
I’m no different than most of you that spend way too much time watching DIY, HGTV and numerous other home makeover shows. My inspiration to be involved in the real estate space were my parents, as they owned several properties. So, a natural progression into real estate investing seems only right and was somewhat inevitable. I love being hands on doing my own home improvement projects (honey do lists) and also for a few of my close friends and family.
While I may seem to be in the forefront, my wife, Sandra, is truly in charge. She’s the interior designer on all our remodels/house flips. She also has Caribbean roots and always has a passion for renovating/decorating. Her talent doesn’t go unnoticed because she’s always receiving high compliments on her work. It’s only fitting that together we can handle any challenge that comes our way.

Owran overseas day to day operations such as deal analyzing, acquisitions, renovations and much more. He’s always busy through different roles but his number one priority is the homeowner.
Sandra, the one with the golden touch, is in charge of the final product. This includes designs and ensuring the right materials and finishes are used for each project.
Breanna is our favorite child and she handles marketing, research and our online content including but not limited to social media platforms, customer relations, etc. She think she’s the boss.
